1. The Nature of & Handcrafted Works

The Prince Exports crafts pieces individually from authentic materials: solid forged brass, kiln-dried hardwoods, mouth-blown crystal, and natural vegetable-tanned leather.

Minor variations in metal patina, natural grain fissures in timber, or microscopic bubbles characteristic of artisan mouth-blown glass are not defects; they are the unique fingerprint of handmade luxury.

2. Custom Monogrammed & Orders

Items customized with individual initials, corporate crests, leather finishes, or custom dimensions are manufactured exclusively to your signed specification. As such:

• commissioned items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun following final artwork sign-off.
• We provide comprehensive 3D digital renderings and physical material samples prior to full production runs to ensure complete alignment.

3. Transit Damage & Replacement Guarantee

All shipments are insured for 100% of their declared value against loss or physical damage during international transit.

4. Order Cancellations

Standard catalogue sample orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before dispatch. For and volume hospitality commissions, cancellation is permitted prior to raw material cutting and engraving, subject to deducting any incurred tooling or sample development costs.
