Terms & Conditions of Export
Effective Date: February 2025. These conditions govern all international trade inquiries, commissions, and export contracts executed with The Prince Exports.
1. General Scope
The Prince Exports operates as an international manufacturer, purveyor, and exporter of luxury metallurgical barware, mouth-blown crystal glassware, Spanish cedar humidors, and executive gifting sets.
By accessing this website, requesting trade quotations, or commissioning orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Quotations & Commissions
Because our pieces are handcrafted using solid brass, surgical stainless steel, top-grain bridle leather, and rare hardwoods, quotations are provided upon formal inquiry and reflect current raw metallurgical prices, finishing selections, and volume scale.
- All pro-forma quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless specified otherwise.
- Custom monogramming, engraving, or private label artwork must be signed off via digital proof before fabrication begins.
- Production commences strictly upon receipt of the agreed deposit or advance wire transfer.
3. Payment & Commercial Terms
International export orders are transacted in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), or Indian Rupees (INR) via:
- Direct SWIFT / International Bank Wire Transfer.
- Irrevocable Commercial Letters of Credit (L/C) for institutional hospitality contracts.
- Approved escrow facilities for high-value custom trunk commissions.
4. International Shipping & Incoterms
Shipments are executed under standard International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020). By default, express courier shipments travel under DAP (Delivered at Place) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid where arranged), while bulk commercial freight travels under FOB or CIF port terms.
5. Intellectual Property & Design Rights
All proprietary designs, sculptural finials, technical drawings, photography, trademarks, and literary content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of The Prince Exports. Unauthorized reproduction, industrial copying, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Concierge Support
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the international trade laws of India and applicable international arbitration conventions.
